3. Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions
PA Rising (collectively referred to herein as “We,” “Us,” “Our”) offers a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”).
Program Description
Users that opt into the Program can expect to receive messages concerning alerts, donation requests, updates, and other important information from us. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
User Opt In
The Program allows users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages by opting in, such as through online enrollment forms or by texting a provided keyword to our short code. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring mobile messages from PA Rising.
User Opt Out
To opt out, reply “STOP” to any PA Rising mobile message. You may also text “QUIT”, “END”, “CANCEL”, “UNSUBSCRIBE”, or “STOP ALL.” You may receive an additional message confirming your decision to opt out.
